Richard Lucas, MD is a residency trained board certified emergency physician with over 30 years’ experience in the management of emergency departments. He has chaired several award winning emergency departments in multiple states and is well versed in the management techniques necessary to foster a proactive, innovative, patient focused team approach to the provision of emergency care. He has a wealth of experience in improving metrics and throughput resulting in greater patient satisfaction and quality parameters. By aligning departmental priorities to administrative goals meaningful improvements are attained.
